Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions where delivery networks are limited. If you have questions about delivery to your specific location, please contact us.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivers within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (delivers within 15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders are carefully packaged within 1-2 business days at our Indiana Avenue studio.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time then depends on your chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the affected items and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original purchase (following our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

How do you package fragile items?
Each order is personally packed at our studio using sustainable packaging materials specifically chosen to protect both your goods and our planet. Fragile items like Miller et Bertaux fragrances receive extra protective packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders receive our signature careful wrapping using sustainable materials. While we don’t offer traditional gift wrapping with ribbons and paper, our packaging is designed to make unboxing a special experience. Many customers find our presentation perfect for gift-giving.
