Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

During peak seasons (especially Christmas), please allow additional processing and delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance products (including Cire Trudon, MAD et LEN, Miller et Bertaux, and Santa Maria Novella items) or handmade soaps unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Details

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection (typically completed within 5 business days of receipt)

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
