For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened fragrance products (including Cire Trudon, MAD et LEN, Miller et Bertaux, and Santa Maria Novella items)
• Handmade soaps unless they arrive damaged or defective

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We verify prices during processing and will contact you if there are any discrepancies.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damages within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
